They will need a cup and mouthpiece.

FLAG FOOTBALL INFO

FLAG FOOTBALL WILL BEGIN TUES, AUGUST 23, 6:00 AT SAWMILL.  PLEASE WEAR CLEATS, CUP AND A MOUTH PIECE.  BRING A WATER BOTTLE.  VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED TO HELP THE LEAGUE.   THE LEAGUE WILL GIVE OUT GAME JERSEY AND FLAGS.

REGISTRATION STILL IS OPEN.

GAMES ARE PLAYED ON SATURDAY MORNINGS 9:00 AT SAWMILL START DATE TO BE DETERMINED.(MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER).

Commack Flag football is an instructional Youth football league For children ages 5 and 6 years old. The program offers young Players a fun and exciting opportunity to learn the basics of the Game and the importance of teamwork.
