Port Jeff does have the uniforms required for the Commack Lacrosse League. We have new uniforms this year. This is not a mandatory purchase. You do not have to purchase the new uniform if your old style still fits. If you are ordering a new uniform, they must be special ordered by February 25th at Port Jeff Sports (for both boys and girls ) for pick up at Port Jeff Sports the week of Monday April 9th in time for the season start on April 14th/15th.

Please see fliers below for locations and phone number for Port Jeff Sport. The fliers also show special packages that Port Jeff Sport offers. You do not have to purchase these packages for Commack Lacrosse, they are optional and just show specials that Port Jeff offers. Tell them you are from Commack Youth League to receive 10% discount on other equipment.
