The following are approximate registration dates for online registration. Please note you must use the online registration system to sign up for any and all of the Youth League Sports. These dates are approximate, and are subject to change depending on new and unexpected circumstances. In all cases, registration will be open for at least a month. No more in person registration! We cannot emphasize this enough. As of 2008, there will be no exceptions. We will list actual registration dates on home page when they first open, and announce closing dates as well. Home page dates will always supercede these approximate dates.

Lacrosse: December 1st — January 31st
   • Grades K-2 $85
   • Grades 3-8 $125

Cheerleading: March 1st — May 31st
   • $150
   • Elite: additional costs throughout the season

Tackle Football: March 1st — May 31th
   • $150

Flag Football: March 1st — June 30th
   • $80

Basketball: The Commack Youth League will no longer be offering a basketbasll program due to lack of volunteers and enrollment. Please look out for CYO basketball tryouts in the upcoming year.
